CONTENT EMAIL MARKETING


To identify customers in the market for a new appliance, we chose select subscriber lists based on their buying history.
These examples highlight premium brands, fun content and products that appeal to a particular customer's needs.​
Companies bombard their subscribers with too many emails. The strategy should keep the customers interested in your emails with unique content, personalization and special offers.

As a part of an email team, I built out journey emails with variable content. This way, communications were specifically personalized to loyal customers based on their preferences set on hhgregg.com. This tactic was a great tool to build an even more loyal customer base.

Copywriting and variable modules


These modules were made in a library to plug into email templates for personalization. I wrote fun tag lines to help grab the reader's attention.

Designing with a mobile-friendly first approach, aesthetic for these emails had to be clean and sophisticated for the customer interested in these quality products that represent the top-of-the-line in the industry.
